Hello Pedigree Stage Stop Race fans.
2024 was Michael’s second run in the Pedigree Stage Stop Race, where he finished in 8th place. There are not many European Mushers who make the long treck overseas. Logistics and cost play a big part in that. Michael also lives in an area of Northern Germany which pretty much never receives any snow. Matter of fact I passed by his place last summer via boat, on the ” Nord Ostsee Kanal ” and stopped in for a visit.
That means Michael has to travel to find training conditions on snow, he typically drives south into the Mountains of Poland. That trip had a few hickups this year. Best listen to yourself:
