Good Morning Pedigree Stage Stop Race Fans,
after an 11 a.m. start yesterday it looks like things will be on track to a normal 9 a.m. takeoff today, so things should be a bit cooler for the Mushers and Dogs today. We currently sit at 38F, at 6 in the morning!
Anny Malo once again wears the yellow bib. Her lead over Stephane Roy grew to 9 minutes. Between 3rd place Alix Crittenden, 4th Bruce Magnusson and 5th Cathy Rivest are a mere 2 minutes, after 75 miles of racing.
Liam Conner in 6th place is 10 minutes behind that group, and 6 minutes ahead of the next group consisting of Al Borak in 7th, Michael Tetzner in 8th and JR Anderson in 9th. Mushers were joking yesterday that Liam has several extra dogs, with him running whenever he can.
